Stantec is looking for a Buyer/Expeditor to join its Procurement Team. This role emphasizes effective client communication and the execution of procurement strategies. You will engage directly with diverse stakeholders while expediting contracts and coordinating project inspections, contributing to innovative energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of procurement and contracting plans
• Manage procurement cycle and prepare RFX packages
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
• Expedite contract progress and oversee shipping
• Maintain tracking for procurement deliverables and schedules
Requirements:
• 5+ years of contract management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• Strong understanding of procurement practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
