As the Purchasing Manager, you will oversee purchasing activities vital to production schedules and inventory needs. Your leadership will harmonize efforts across Program Management, Planning, Engineering, and Sales to resolve supplier and material challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead purchasing processes for production and inventory needs
• Oversee buyer performance and purchase order execution
• Negotiate pricing and supplier agreements for optimal value

Requirements:
• 7+ years in purchasing or supply chain management
• 2+ years in a leadership role preferred
• ERP/MRP systems experience required
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or PCBA preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
