Bid Director for Design-Build Projects

As a seasoned Bid Director, you will be essential in managing end-to-end bids for our Design-Build Construction team. Your expertise will facilitate collaboration with business development and internal stakeholders to develop competitive submissions and strategies. This office-based role involves handling complex projects, ensuring compliance, and contributing to financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full bid process from start to finish

• Coordinate with teams to prepare competitive bid submissions

• Develop pursuit plans and preliminary schedules

• Support estimating teams with pricing and resource planning

• Maintain bid documentation and manage RFQ/RFP submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of bid management experience
