Supply Planning Lead

Become a key player at lululemon as the Supply Planning Lead, managing product sourcing and capacity planning in a hybrid work environment. Engage in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.

In this role, reporting to the Raw Materials Supply Planning Manager, you will oversee capacity planning, reporting, and process improvements. You will collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring that the sourcing strategy aligns with manufacturing needs. Your expertise in analyzing raw materials forecasts and managing internal communications will be crucial to your team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile raw materials forecasts and perform data analysis

• Analyze product allocation against capacity constraints

• Develop Excel planning tools and reports

• Support supply planning analysis and process enhancements

• Ensure timely completion of seasonal calendar timelines

Requirements:

• University degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain or Planning

• Proficiency in Smartsheet and PBI

• Strong IT skills and Excel expertise

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
