Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately six Purchasers

• Oversee ingredient sourcing and purchasing process

• Represent the Procurement team in cross-functional meetings

• Identify and execute supply chain transformation initiatives

• Monitor department KPIs for spend and supplier performance

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience leading teams in relevant industries

• Proven track record in managing high-impact sourcing initiatives

• Strong interpersonal skills for building supplier relationships

• Experience designing scalable procurement systems

• Post-secondary degree in Business or related discipline
