Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Join Sixone as a Supply Chain and Operations Specialist in Vancouver, BC, and drive impactful supply chain and logistics initiatives. You’ll optimize ERP management and enhance operational workflows each day.

In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, where you will streamline ERP functions, oversee logistics and inventory management, and enhance cross-functional processes. With 3-5 years of experience in operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational plans, while managing supplier and logistics partner relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Sixone's ERP for data accuracy and team engagement

• Execute supply chain plans and track shipments proactively

• Maintain real-time inventory records to avoid discrepancies

• Oversee the lifecycle of incoming feedstock and outbounds

• Document all produced TPA with quality metrics and records

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in supply chain or operations

• Proficiency in ERP systems like Net Suite or Fishbowl

• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver

• Strong communication across functions

• Willingness to relocate to Vancouver, BC
