Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule exports and imports to meet delivery timelines

• Communicate effectively with customers and CN dispatch teams

• Track the arrival of empty containers for timely movement

• Manage invoicing for customers and external providers

• Maintain performance metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in the transportation/logistics industry

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of Vancouver port terminal reservation systems
