This senior-level role involves coordinating freight logistics effectively, ensuring adherence to our customers' needs. As part of the vibrant Operations team, you will foster strong vendor relationships, negotiate with shippers, and monitor shipments meticulously. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and cultivate strong vendor relationships

• Oversee shipment tracking for seamless delivery

• Prepare required shipping documentation accurately

• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers

• Facilitate effective communication with clients and carriers

Requirements:

• 3+ years logistics/transportation experience in 3PL

• Team leadership experience of 1-2 years

• Knowledge of US/Mexico/Canada transport operations

• Fluency in Spanish, written and verbal

• High school diploma and customer service experience
