Pav Co needs a dedicated Procurement Specialist with a proven public sector background. You will engage in the entire procurement lifecycle, advising business units and managing complex bids for construction and services. Collaborating with various stakeholders will be key to your role, ensuring compliance and best practice throughout the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end competitive bid processes

• Provide procurement advice to departments and staff

• Draft RFx documents and scopes of work

• Engage in supplier evaluations and negotiations

• Keep accurate procurement records for compliance

Requirements:

• University education in a relevant field

• SCMP designation or equivalent experience

• Proficient in managing complex procurements

• Familiarity with BC Bid processes

• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
