In this pivotal role, you will lead lululemon's efforts in ethical trade and sustainability, ensuring the wellbeing of those who produce our products. With a comprehensive understanding of regional risks, your 10+ years of experience will guide vendor performance and cross-functional collaborations necessary for impressive supply chain results. Build positive relationships and enhance environmental practices throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct vendor RSC performance and remediation efforts
• Lead partnerships with industry and civil society organizations
• Monitor risks and trends in the supply chain
• Work with internal teams for vendor improvement
• Manage data analytics and reporting for RSC objectives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Responsible Supply Chain and Ethical Trade
• 7+ years conducting social compliance assessments
• Leadership experience managing teams
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Strong program management skills
