We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Specialist with at least three years of experience to refine operational processes and improve supplier performance. In this hybrid position, you will analyze shipment data, forecast demands, and drive cost-effective solutions to ensure timely delivery and consistency. Your efforts will contribute to our mission of providing innovative solutions for bone health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize product movement across multiple channels

• Conduct inventory audits to avoid stock discrepancies

• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements effectively

• Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes

• Train team members on new workflows and SOPs

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in supply chain operations

• Familiar with Lean methodologies for process improvement

• Expertise in ERP or MRP software

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Proven track record of enhancing supply chain performance
