Strategic FF&E Manager at Amica

Join Amica Support Office as a Strategic FF&E Manager focused on optimizing procurement and project management for furniture and fixtures. This full-time contract role offers competitive compensation.

As the FF&E Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Design, responsible for managing all aspects of furniture, fixtures, and equipment throughout various projects. This includes budgeting, procurement strategy, and project oversight. Your leadership will ensure that installations comply with brand standards and operational needs while staying within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for FF&E projects

• Develop and implement procurement strategies

• Coordinate project schedules and manage installations

• Maintain project documentation and financial accountability

• Foster relationships with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project management or procurement

• 5 years managing FF&E budgets

• Proven negotiation skills with vendors

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Willingness to travel across Canada as needed
