The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business in increasing its profitability and return on investment by creating value in our indirect supply chain through strategic & stakeholder-centric procurement. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities, supplier performance and relationship management & developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team plays a key role in value delivery for our business.
Rooted within Global Procurement is the Global Procurement Strategy & Analytics function. This team enables value delivery across Category Management through Procurement Enablement, Procurement Intelligence, and Responsible Procurement. Beyond establishing strong data and process foundations, the team also drives alignment to lululemon's core values and mandates related to People and Planet.
a day in the life:Reporting to the Director, Procurement - Strategy & Analytics, the Senior Manager, Responsible Procurement plays a critical role in embedding lululemon's values across our supplier ecosystem. In close partnership with Legal, Risk & Advisory, Cybersecurity, and Business Units, this role leads the Responsible Procurement function, shaping and advancing supplier risk, performance, relationship, and impact strategies and programs across Global Procurement.
what you'll do:- Set and lead the Responsible Procurement strategy across Global Procurement, defining priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes aligned to lululemon's enterprise goals
- Oversee the design and scaling of global programs, ensuring that their frameworks are integrated, consistent, and embedded across all categories and regions
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Responsible Procurement practices, embedding requirements into sourcing, contracting, category planning, and supplier management processes
- Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision forums, enabling cross-functional alignment with Legal, Risk & Advisory, Cybersecurity, IDEA, and Business stakeholders
- Own program performance and value delivery, defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and driving continuous improvement across adoption, compliance, risk mitigation, and supplier impact
- Guide category teams in translating strategy into action, ensuring supplier strategies reflect risk, performance, inclusion, and sustainability considerations
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement, influencing Directors and above to integrate Responsible Procurement into business priorities and decision-making
- Oversee insights, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making through clear dashboards, actionable insights, and continuous feedback loops
- Identify and advance external partnerships, including supplier councils, certifying bodies, and third-party providers to strengthen program reach and effectiveness
- Champion change and capability building, driving awareness, education, and mindset shifts to enable a culture of responsible, value-driven procurement
- Required:
Bachelor's degree - Preferred: MBA, SCMP, PMP or other relevant professional designation or certification
- 7+ years Third-party Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management programs, ESG applied to indirect Procurement and/or Procurement Strategy
- 3+ years of indirect procurement category experience
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience using AI to unlock efficiency and P2P/e-sourcing platform knowledge is an asset
