You will coordinate between internal teams and third-party logistics partners to facilitate operations. As you report to the Distribution Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs smoothly to meet our ambitious logistics goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track daily production for 3PL partners

• Oversee inbound shipments and ensure accuracy

• Maintain and update shipment documentation for internal use

• Reconcile inventory balances daily and compile reports

• Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations

• Intermediate MS Excel skills for data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to manage competing priorities under pressure
