Mining Equipment Coordinator

Coordinate mining equipment packages through procurement and delivery while managing schedules, vendors, documentation, and project requirements in a hybrid work setting.

This full-time Mining Package Coordinator supports mining projects from procurement through delivery. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, project controls, vendors, suppliers, construction, and site teams. The work includes package tracking, technical documentation, vendor communication, procurement support, schedule monitoring, cost tracking, logistics, quality activities, and closeout.

• Coordinate equipment and material packages from procurement through delivery
• Maintain package schedules, trackers, reports, actions, and risks
• Coordinate technical information, vendor submissions, reviews, and approvals
• Support RFPs, purchase orders, bid evaluations, and procurement tracking
• Coordinate manufacturing, inspections, shipments, deliveries, and site requirements

• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction, project management, or supply chain
• Three or more years in project or procurement coordination
• Mining, mineral processing, EPC, or EPCM experience preferred
• Strong organization, document management, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
