Senior Director Inventory Planning Allocation

Lead demand planning, inventory investment, and allocation for Hillberg & Berk remotely, ideally from Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Turn complex data into confident decisions.
As Senior Director, Planning & Allocation, you will lead integrated planning across Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale. You will own forecasting, inventory planning, Open-to-Buy, allocation, replenishment, and inventory investment. Reporting to the CFO, you will connect strategy with execution while leading a lean team and supporting growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Set the multi-year Planning & Allocation roadmap
Own inventory investment and Open-to-Buy accountability
Build and pressure-test forecasting models
Define AI integration for forecasting and planning
Lead allocation, replenishment, and planning teams
Requirements:
10–15 years in demand or inventory planning
Experience across multiple planning disciplines
Proven inventory investment or Open-to-Buy accountability
Expert current hands-on Excel skills
Hands-on AI/LLM analytical or forecasting experience
