Lead Canadian service operations through tool strategy, performance metrics, and continuous improvement in a remote role with GE Health Care. Strengthen field support, quality, and operational rigor.
The Operational Excellence Leader leads Canadian Service Tools and Operational Supplies programs. This role manages procurement, calibration, repair, suppliers, inventory, lifecycle requirements, and the $1.25M+ annual budget. It also drives DMS preparedness, Service Max readiness, CAPA activities, and sustainable operating mechanisms across Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Canadian Service Tools and Operational Supplies programs
- Manage procurement, calibration, repair, inventory, and lifecycle requirements
- Oversee suppliers, budgets, investments, and operational escalations
- Align DMS dashboards and Service Max preparedness activities
- Lead quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5+ years of operational or field experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Experience with metrics, structured problem solving, and improvement
- Ability to manage budgets, suppliers, priorities, and escalations
