Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Floor Care Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various floors in commercial buildings during the overnight shift.

• Perform routine floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Operate floor cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, and extractors
• Remove stains and spots from carpets and hard surfaces
• Ensure all spills and debris are promptly cleaned to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow specific instructions and procedures for each building and floor type
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet tight deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated time frame
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred
• Knowledge of different types of flooring and appropriate cleaning methods
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and tools
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
