** Role
* * We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance activities site wide, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all equipment supporting process operations. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities focused on equipment reliability, safety, and operational readiness. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and leadership in the clean energy sector.

The role is based at Thacker Pass and reports to the Maintenance Superintendent. Occasional travel to other LAC offices, project sites, vendor, or other locations may be required.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Leads all maintenance activities with a strong safety-first mindset, ensuring strict compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations along with site specific safety standards; actively identifies and mitigates observed hazards, conducts regular safety inspections and toolbox talks, and fosters a culture where safe work practices and personal accountability are non-negotiable.  Champions site safety standards, promotes open communication within group and leads by example.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability and availability.
* Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan, schedule, track, and document maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and accurate records.
* Lead and participate in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex mining equipment, including mobile and fixed plant assets (equipment to be specified as applicable).
