A leading housing community provider is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Metro Vancouver to oversee maintenance and general repairs for various community locations. Responsibilities include conducting pool tests, performing building repairs, and assisting with property improvements. Ideal candidates have at least two years of maintenance experience, a valid G-class driver’s licence, and strong customer service skills. A competitive salary range of $48,000 – $55,000 annually is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
