At Onni, you'll collaborate with the Property Management Department to ensure buildings and suites are in “A” Class condition. Carry out routine inspections and report deficiencies including plumbing leaks and damaged walls while assisting resident caretakers with essential tasks.

Your role will include minor repairs across various trades, including painting and electrical work, contributing directly to community satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and report on maintenance needs

• Help resident caretakers with cleaning and snow shoveling

• Carry out minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• Paint common areas and suite doors as needed

• Manage tools and supplies effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician

• Ability to work independently with a positive outlook

• Courteous and professional with colleagues and tenants

• General maintenance skills and own tools needed

• Daily progress checks with management
