Key Responsibilities:

• Clean lobbies, elevators, and amenity areas thoroughly

• Prepare vacant suites for new occupants

• Maintain exteriors, like garages and patios, to high standards

• Raise concerns about property safety to the Resident Manager

• Be prepared to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of cleaning experience

• Customer service skills are essential

• Friendly and pleasant demeanor at all times

• Must be able to handle heavy lifting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
