Job Overview  You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Duties include maintaining common areas, washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down glass and other surfaces.

Hours:

8:00 pm – 4:30 am
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Please note this is a temporary position from June 5th – July 19th.
Duties and Responsibilities   Drive to multiple locations
Clean and maintain common rooms, kitchens, and washrooms
Sweep and mop floors
Take out and properly dispose of garbage
Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
WHMIS Certification is an asset
Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to reach, kneel, and bend
Ability to lift, push, and pull required loads (up to 50 lbs)
Requirements   Ability to pass a Canadian Background Check
Access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation
