In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the premises, managing supply storage, and performing repairs across various systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure grounds are safe and visually appealing

• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities regularly

• Help with the movement and storage of equipment

• Report mechanical issues and malfunctions

• Perform general maintenance like painting and drywall repair

Requirements:

• High school diploma with maintenance experience required

• Relevant trade certification is an asset

• Valid NS driver's license and ability to upgrade if needed

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Good understanding of WHMIS regulations for chemicals
