Position: Building Maintenance Technician Role
Take up the Building Maintenance Technician role focused on on-site responsibilities to maintain and repair our facilities. A proactive approach and problem-solving skills will be essential.

The Building Maintenance Technician will manage tasks including sweeping, mopping, and performing minor repairs. A secondary school graduation certificate is required, and experience is a plus. The role also involves conducting safety checks and showing units to prospective tenants, maintaining a clean and functional environment across our establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wax floors and hallways

• Handle minor plumbing and electrical adjustments

• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs

• Perform safety checks and maintenance of appliances

• Paint and conduct drywall repair where needed

Requirements:

• Must possess a secondary school graduation certificate

• Previous experience is considered an asset

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Capable of performing physical tasks as required

• Good communication with potential tenants
