Position: Hands-on Maintenance Technician Needed
Seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Porte in Vancouver. This hands-on position requires expertise in plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work to keep our properties in top condition.

As a vital member of Porte’s property management team, you will use your maintenance skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and address facility needs promptly. Your experience in building maintenance will allow you to directly contribute to renovations and common area improvements, while also tracking tenant requests through Yardi. At Porte, we value teamwork and your contributions to our community-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine facility inspections to identify maintenance issues

• Engage in plumbing and electrical repairs as needed

• Collaborate with property management on renovations and timelines

• Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding updates

• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant maintenance roles

• Strong hands-on skills solving maintenance issues

• Availability for after-hours emergency calls

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

• Ability to adapt to changing tasks
