Building maintenance worker

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Employment terms:
Permanent. Langue de travail:
Anglais. Heures de travail: 35 hours per week.

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances.
• Perform safety and security checks.
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

• Education:
  
  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience:
  
  Experience an asset.
• Permanent position; 35 hours per week;
  English language required.
