Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning of sidewalks, plazas, and windows

• Conduct seasonal tasks, including snow and ice removal

• Maintain park sites and playground equipment

• Operate utility vehicles like sweepers and forklifts

• Handle minor repairs such as carpentry and plumbing

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required

• Minimum 1 year experience in grounds maintenance

• Familiarity with power and hand tools

• Ability to work safely in high-traffic areas

• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment
