Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

This critical role reports to the site leadership team and focuses on directing maintenance activities for production equipment and facility infrastructure. You will drive the implementation of best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance while promoting safety and accountability. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance for plant equipment and building structure

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

• Reduce plant downtime and improve equipment reliability

• Coordinate major repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance shutdowns

• Collaborate with teams to enhance safety and cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright or mechanical trade certification

• 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment

• Preferred experience in food manufacturing or regulated sectors

• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance leadership

• Strong leadership and communication skills
