Position: CBRE Facility Maintenance Mechanic Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate guidance for Building Operators and trades

• Respond to emergencies and client requests promptly

• Oversee and monitor Preventative Maintenance Program

• Perform quality control checks on completed tasks

• Assure compliance with applicable maintenance codes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years as a Building Operator

• Proficient in Direct Digital Control systems

• Solid understanding of mechanical equipment routines

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
