Responsibilities cover a broad range of maintenance tasks, inspections, repairs, and service requests to ensure all facilities meet safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement routine care for interior and exterior facilities

• Execute necessary repairs on various building systems

• Check and maintain fire safety and emergency systems

• Assist in moving furniture and coordinating maintenance tasks

• Keep thorough records of maintenance operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 3+ years of experience

• Proficient in plumbing and electrical repairs

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record

• Familiar with WHIMS training and safety practices

• Able to lift heavy items and handle physical tasks
