GWLRA is seeking a Building Attendant with a strong property maintenance background.
Your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, cleaning, and grounds maintenance. Regular on-call duties are required, ensuring the property's exterior and amenity areas consistently meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer-oriented service to residents
• Maintain pools, hot tubs, and amenities daily
• Conduct cleaning tasks such as litter pick-up and pressure washing
• Manage waste and recycling efficiently
• Support suite turnovers and document work orders in Yardi
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance
• High school diploma with certifications in OHSA and WHMIS
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for on-call emergencies and varied shifts
