Position: Exterior Cleaner role

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear snow and apply de-icing solutions
• Clean and organize exterior garbage areas
• Sweep and pressure wash outdoor facilities
• Manage litter pick-up across the property
• Report and manage graffiti and sign conditions Requirements:
• Ability to operate snow removal and cleaning equipment
• Must perform physical duties consistently
