As a key player in our property management team, you’ll engage in daily maintenance and manage service requests while coordinating with contractors. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily resident service and maintenance requests
• Perform building inspections and identify issues early
• Assist with troubleshooting and operating mechanical systems
• Execute preventative maintenance processes effectively
• Provide emergency response coverage as needed
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of residential maintenance experience
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, and repairs
• Familiarity with complex building systems
• Strong customer service skills and reliability
• BC driver’s license required for site visits
