Position: Full-Time Janitorial & Maintenance Assistant

As a Janitorial and Maintenance Assistant at Grace Mansion, your contribution will ensure a safe and tidy environment for residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute minor repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

• Clean common areas, including offices and stairways

• Manage waste disposal and recycling effectively

• Ensure the building security by checking windows and doors

• Assist in external property upkeep, including snow removal

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months related experience required

• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS 2015

• Clearance under the Criminal Record Review Act necessary

• Non-Violence Crisis Intervention certification recommended

• Ability to adapt to occasional hazardous conditions
