Building Operator

Position: Allied Building Operator Role
Join Allied as a Building Operator, where your skills will drive the performance and reliability of our urban buildings. Focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure our properties' high standards.

This key role involves maintaining operational efficiency while responding to tenant needs. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Technical Services, and collaborate with various teams. Your hands-on approach in building maintenance and safety compliance is crucial to providing exceptional tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment

• Process tenant work orders and provide updates

• Execute preventative maintenance routines effectively

• Oversee contractors for maintenance and repairs

• Support seasonal upkeep of properties

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in building operations

• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards

• Excellent problem-solving and accountability skills

• Comfortable working at heights and on-call shifts

• Relevant operating engineer certification preferred
