Position: Custodian for Supportive Housing
Maintain a safe environment at Connective as a Custodian in our supportive housing facility. This temporary role focuses on cleaning, landscaping, and minor maintenance tasks.

Join Connective, a recognized non-profit organization, as a Custodian for a one-year temporary position. You will perform cleaning duties, assist with landscaping, and support daily living activities for residents.

Your role ensures that our supportive housing facility remains clean and welcoming while creating a safe community for individuals at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• Disinfect building areas like washrooms and windows

• Maintain external cleanliness in entrance ways and sidewalks

• Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables safely

• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies

Requirements:

• At least Grade 10 education or equivalent experience

• Experience in minor maintenance and custodial work

• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records check

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proof of vaccination may be required
