Maintenance Technician

We are partnered up with a leading property management, development, and investment company that focuses on building communities that are connected, promoting friendly, social opportunities, and a sustainable environment. This position will be located in North Vancouver. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.

• $60,000 - $75,000

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Conduct daily preventative rounds to ensure fire, life, and internal/external building systems are operational.
• Take direction from the Property Management team and, in conjunction with team members, assist with all activities related to operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including internal work orders and service contracts performed by outside service providers.
• Assist and/or respond to any maintenance-related emergencies, including after regular business hours.

• 3+ years of maintenance experience within the residential space.
• Some commercial or mixed-use experience would be an asset.
• 5th Class Power Engineering ticket is an asset.
