Position: Granville Island Grounds Maintenance Position
Work with CMHC at Granville Island as a Grounds Maintenance specialist, ensuring excellent outdoor upkeep. This permanent, full-time job focuses on a range of maintenance tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform washing and cleaning of public spaces

• Handle seasonal maintenance tasks and snow removal

• Operate fleet vehicles such as sweepers and lifts

• Conduct minor repairs across facilities

• Maintain playground equipment and park sites

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance

• Familiar with tools used in grounds care

• Ability to navigate high-traffic environments safely

• Experience with grounds maintenance machinery required
