Position: Vancity Technician in Building Maintenance
Become a vital part of Vancity as a Technician focused on Building Maintenance. This role entails hands-on maintenance and safety management across our branches, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Reporting to the Team Manager, Building Maintenance, this full-time, permanent role involves working four consecutive days from Tuesday to Friday. You will be responsible for addressing maintenance needs, scheduling visits, and collaborating with teams to maintain operational excellence in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to building service requests

• Schedule regular maintenance visits at branches

• Oversee technical maintenance work in compliance with standards

• Support sustainable and efficient operations

• Collaborate with internal teams and service providers

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized technical program

• 2-4 years’ experience in facilities or technical roles

• Proficient in maintenance management systems

• Valid driver's license and clean record

• Organized and capable of effective scheduling
