• Operate and adjust heating and air conditioning systems

• Maintain and repair plumbing and steam systems

Requirements:

• Certification as a 4th Class Power Engineer

• Two years of related experience or equivalent

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize maintenance tasks
