Become the Building Operator at Rogers Arena, ensuring efficient operation of HVAC and refrigeration systems while managing ice sheet installation. This position combines operation with maintenance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for both the preventative maintenance program and the operation of the arena's critical systems. Liaising with technical staff and clients, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless event experience. This position requires a strong sense of initiative and teamwork to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems

• Operate and inspect refrigeration plant during events

• Ensure effective ice quality and manage ice sheet operations

• Provide support for all building systems during events

• Manage inventory for maintenance parts and supplies

Requirements:

• Mandatory Ice Facility Operator Certificate

• Knowledge in troubleshooting mechanical systems

• Relevant experience with building control systems

• Strong customer service focus and communication skills

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
