As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, maintaining accurate records in CMMS, and addressing various service requests effectively.
Your role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliability within our facilities while working collaboratively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facility equipment
• Input work orders and manage maintenance schedules in CMMS
• Order and track inventory for maintenance supplies
• Communicate with management regarding maintenance needs
• Support development of safety and maintenance policies
Requirements:
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior exposure to managing vendor relations is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
