Residential Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you will ensure that hallways, entrances, and common areas are spotless and well-organized. This position entails managing waste and monitoring elevator functionality while enhancing building operations. Your interactions with residents will be respectful and foster a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold cleanliness standards in all shared spaces

• Ensure lobbies, hallways, and mailboxes are maintained

• Monitor elevator status and report issues promptly

• Manage garbage disposal and cleaning of common areas

• Enhance procedures and address improvement requests

Requirements:

• One year of cleaning experience needed, strata experience a plus

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Strong work ethic with minimal supervision

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

• Physically capable of extensive walking and managing waste bins
