Position: Housekeeping Aide for Assisted Living
Join the team as a Housekeeping Aide responsible for maintaining cleanliness in Assisted Living areas. This role involves a variety of tasks from floor care to laundry management.

As a Housekeeping and Laundry Aide, you will ensure that residents' rooms, public areas, and meeting rooms are clean and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, vacuuming, and operating laundry machines to support both residents and staff. A commitment to cleanliness and detail will enhance the living experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and damp-mop floors across designated areas

• Vacuum carpets and dust furniture for cleanliness

• Clean bathrooms and make beds in residents' rooms

• Operate laundry machines and sort clean linen

• Distribute freshly laundered items to appropriate areas

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 education

• Preferred experience in housekeeping and laundry

• Building Service Worker certificate is advantageous

• Attention to detail in cleaning tasks

• Ability to work efficiently in various settings
