Maintenance Supervisor BC

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance activities for plant equipment and production systems

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance best practices

• Reduce plant downtime through effective resource management

• Coordinate major repairs and maintenance work

• Improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency across the facility

Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright or Mechanical trade certification

• 5 to 7 years of maintenance management experience

• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments

• Familiarity with CMMS systems preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
