COHO Management Services Society is seeking an organized Maintenance Coordinator dedicated to ensuring smooth operations. In this role, you'll manage maintenance work orders, assign tasks, and monitor client satisfaction. Your experience in property management and strong communication skills will be crucial to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process maintenance work orders efficiently
• Assign duties to trades and arrange tenant access
• Follow up with vendors and approve completed invoices
• Prepare tracking reports for daily, weekly, and monthly needs
• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in property or building maintenance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently while solving problems
Support the maintenance needs of housing co-ops and build vibrant communities with COHO across BC.
