As a Live-In Maintenance Technician at BGO, you will engage in both scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks around the property. Your responsibilities include general cleaning, exterior upkeep, and timely resolution of resident issues. A strong commitment to environmental health and safety is key to delivering the highest service standards and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning of common and amenity areas
• Conduct seasonal maintenance duties and exterior cleaning
• Address resident service requests within 24 hours
• Accompany and coordinate with vendors during work
• Maintain accurate service records and operational documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Hands-on experience in multi-residential property management
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations
• Flexibility for on-call duties and emergencies
• Police clearance required
