At the Pacific National Exhibition, we are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to enhance our facilities and grounds maintenance operations. Responsibilities include planning and daily coordination of maintenance tasks to ensure that the site is clean, safe, and ready for events year-round. You’ll also play a critical role in leading maintenance staff and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations of facilities and grounds maintenance
• Lead staff in completing maintenance and inspections
• Plan and execute event readiness preparations
• Oversee timely coordination of contractors and vendors
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant operational experience
• Strong leadership in maintenance environments
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with CMMS like Limble is an advantage
