Position: UBC Utility Worker Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair electrical and plumbing systems

• Fix and troubleshoot equipment like floor polishers

• Replace bulbs and lamps in diverse lighting areas

• Assist during floods, snow removals, and events

• Keep accurate records of repairs and tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma is preferred

• At least two years of experience in maintenance

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required

• General knowledge of maintenance practices

• Strong ability to follow instructions effectively
